Chaoliyuan has branches in Huizhou Zhongkai, Guangzhou Tianhe and Jiangsu Wuxi, and has R&D/design/production/service capabilities covering the entire industrial chain. Among them, Huizhou plant area is about 20000 m2 and Wuxi plant area is about 3000 m2.

At present, Chaoliyuan has 10 "2+1" high-speed automatic SMT lines, 10 DIP production lines, as well as industry-leading ATE power automatic test system, energy feedback power aging system, intelligent BMS test system and product reliability verification system. Among them, the design capacity of charger is 500000 sets/month, the design capacity of BMS is 300000 sets/month, and the design capacity of power protection board is 600000 sets/month.
